Water marks on your print? Foxing on you water colour? Tears in the pages? A torn-off spine? Coffee stains on documents? Paper ist a sensitive material and prone to a lot of damages. It bends and rips easily, stains and marks readily, exposed to sun it yellows, the paint discolours, in high humidity mould grows on it and foxing develops.

Papieresteur is a studio dedicated to restore books, drawings, prints, photos and all the other things made out of paper, papyrus or parchment. As a graduated restorer I would like to assist you with preserving your personal treasures, your historically important documents, your valuable prints and drawings for the future. I would be pleased to inform you about the best storage conditions, advise you about possibilities of presentation and, of course, I'd love to restore for you!
